Hi there! My name is Liliya. I am a traveling and writing enthusiast living in Kyiv. During my college years, I didn't have much opportunity to travel, but in the last couple years, 7 countries on my scratch map have lost the beautiful top layer of gold foil.

I work as a content manager for an IT company. I love my job because it lets my creative nature produce something pretty cool and meaningful. I (a philologist, a bookworm, a handicraft maker) live with a math geek named John :) He is my boyfriend and my best travel buddy. We live active lives and engage in activities like hiking, bike tours, skiing, etc. as often as our jobs let us. I also like clearing my head with long distance running and gym workouts.

I hope we'll help people worldwide discover Ukraine and get to travel with a more local perspective.
