Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I had heard of the idea of couch surfing from some friends who had good experiences with it. I think it's a great way to learn more about a culture or a city from the people living it! I've stayed with some great hosts in central Europe and have been to a few CS meet-up events in other cities. Right now I just moved into a new place to start a new job, and I won't be accepting guests until I'm more acclimated and OK it with my roommate.

One Amazing Thing I've Done
Traveled through Morocco with a Berber guide, spent the night in desert with nomads Hitchhiked in Slovenia Did a 5 hours hike up/down a mountain in Mallorca by myself Went scuba diving Had a pet snake Saw Las Fallas de Valencia in Spain Directed a career fair for 10,000 students with 400+ companies at my university in the US (I know it doesn't sound incredible to things CSers have done, but it was a big part of my life for a year!)

I can help you with your english and would love to practice spanish! I can also share a lot of music and a few american recipes, especially if you like peanut butter and chocolate!
My Interests
Like everyone on here, I love meeting people and learning about their life, seeing all the different ways there are to live in the world. Sometimes I may ask too many questions, but I'm a naturally very curious person I love listening to music. It can completely change my mood or deepen it and I'm constantly looking for new artists to love. I grew up camping with my family a lot and after living in multiple big cities am realizing my preference for the outdoors! I really enjoy long hikes, bike rides, canoeing, beaches, pretty much trying any outdoor activity. I'm not always good but I love the challenge while seeing new beautiful places in the world!
