I am a singer/songwriter and a workout/nutrition enthusiast. I also love to travel and meet new people. I am fluent in sarcasm, love to laugh and love exploring the outdoors. I'm a get-up-and-go kind of person and am very self-motivated, but I'm also extremely laid back; it doesn't take much to make me content. I'm not much of a partier — I am more of a relax-in-my-free-time kind of girl, but I do enjoy seeing new things, learning about different cultures, a good meal/cocktail and great conversations that invite new perspectives into my world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Through my job, I get the amazing opportunity to live in Europe and I want to see as much of it as I can while getting to meet great people and learn about their lifestyle and cultures.

Music, Movies, and Books

Tough one. My favorite music is just plain good music. A good song can be translated into almost any style with a little imagination and elbow grease. I don't really discriminate. However, I do have an affinity for soul and blues music I suppose, if I really needed to make a choice. Usually my favorite movies are comedies, action, anything involving ninjas and superheroes and crime/political dramas. Not much of a fan of scary movies though -- I don't like to be scared on purpose. My favorite things to read are usually articles actually. I like to keep track of current events in topics of interest to me. Sometimes a whole book crosses my path but it's rare. To my detriment, I just don't set aside the time for that much reading.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well...I'm sort of a rockstar. I suppose that's amazing...haha :) I'm sure I can conjure up some amazing tales to tell about my performances and travels.

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach voice, so if you want to learn a little about how to sing a song outside of your car or shower, I could probably help you there. I also know a little bit about nutrition and weightlifting (I have a couple certs under my belt), so I'm happy to share some of what I know... :)
