Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate by surfing other people couches and exploring their culture. While I`m not traveling, I love to meet new people and show them something more than traditional tourist routes.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing is a good way how to discover new horizons. And local people are the ones, who show you the real taste of the country. I have had few good surfer experiences and I`m hungry for more!

It is hard to describe my favourite things, but I will try to give a little insight to my taste.

Music - The Beatles, The Doors, Queen,The Mamas& The Papas, Simon & Garfunkel, Andy Williams, AC/DC, Nirvana, ABBA, Muse, Scissor Sisters, Madonna, Brainstorm and sometimes classical music.

Movies - Big Fish and Tim Burton movies in general, Johnny Depp movies, Moonrise Kingdom, Where hope grows, Gone with the Wind, The Sound of Music, A Beautiful Mind, My Fair Lady, Shutter Island, V For Vendetta, Dark Knight, Iron Man and I can continue forever.

Books - Wuthering Heights, The Plague, Gone with the wind, The Phantom of the Opera, Heavier than heaven, The Godfather.

TV Shows - The Office, Supernatural, Game of Thrones, Penny Dreadful, Salem, 30 Rock, Parks and Recreation, The Tudors, Sleepy Hollow, Alfred Hitchcock Presents, American Horror Story, Hannibal, White Collar and list never stops.

*Hitchhiked around Balkans and Scandinavia
*Wild camping at Transfăgărășan, Romania
*Reached Knivskjellodden (Norway) - northernmost point of Europe
*Became a viking on Lofotr viking festival
*Backpacked 18 states in India in 4 months
*Backpacked both islands of New Zealand
