My home is in Minaminagareyama, 1min walk from the station. 20mins (580yen though) by TSUKUBA EXPRESS train.
You can sleep on my floor carpet( if you have a sleeping bag that will be better, otherwise we can find a way)
I have two degus as my pet. They are quiet and not smelly.

I work. I work from home on Thursday. So I may accompany you on this day and on weekends.
There’s not really any tourism in my area.
I don’t have a car but I can drive. We can rent a car and go further into Chiba where scenery lies.

Usually I’m not sure about my schedule. When it’s too difficult to clarify my schedule, I won’t waste your time, so I’ll give you a quick no to let you go(because someone suggests me to do so).
I won’t give explanation because I think it will be a waste time for you to hear my personal schedule and pain for me to copy&paste.
