Overview
About Me
Hello, my name is Robert and I'm interested in quite a lot of things, e.g. electronics, computer, programming, music (guitar and piano, sound producing, DJ-ing), bicycling and tramways. Therefore I might be a bit short on free time. 😅 I'm usually in a good mood, helpful, open minded and friendly. ;-)
MY CURRENT MISSION
+ Exploring tramway-networks in European cities.
+ Exploring river-networks by bike (i.e. doing bicycle tours).
+ Going 2.500 km by bike every year.
+ Broaden my mind by interesting and friendly encounters.
+ Staying young forever.
PHILOSOPHY
You try, you fail, no matter... try again, fail again, fail better!
#queerfriendly #sensitive #open-minded #liberal (socially) #respectful #open-communication #SafeSpace
#Pronouns: He/Him
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm always open to get to know interesting people, that means also to get to know their lifestyles and habits. It's interesting and broadens the mind. I like the way how couchsurfing makes that possible and I've already made a lot of fantastic and enriching experiences with this platform so I want to continue this line.
If you want to get a first impression of my hometown Magdeburg, you may check this:

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
There are a lot of great experiences: The journey to Scotland was amazing! :-) And the Journeys to Mogilev in Belarus, to St. Petersburg, Tenerife, Greece and Italy with a guitar orchestra were interesting experiences, too. The last one was planned by myself and let me learn so much more about organizing journeys for/with young people.
Norway was an adventure, too: Up to 4 metres of snow in July, amazing landscapes and a very interesting bicycle-tour.
Teach, Learn, Share
You want to hear something about trams, about programming and PCs or about playing the guitar? That's what I can offer. Surely a lot of other things, too, which just don't come into my mind now.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Of course I bring my own lifestyle with me and automatically will share it with you as well as my attitudes and knowledge. Maybe you catch me slobber over my hometown Magdeburg or you get some musical impressions. Some people might also find it interesting to hear something about my "strange" hobby about tramways. ^^
You got a guitar or a piano? Cool, let's make music together!
Of course I'm willing to bring myself in to all tasks of household, where possible, but I know that different people have different habits and different ways to lead their household so I'd rather start by asking if I could help with something than doing something without asking. Please don't be too polite by saying there is nothing to do and complaining later. Generally just tell me if something bothers you and I can change immediately. ;)
