Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I mentioned I really enjoy traveling, and of course the best way to explore a place and get insider information is by staying with locals, so I hope that I can make some nice experiences with couchsurfing during my journey through Canada. And of course I will try to give something back by hosting nice people when I'm back in Germany.

Interests

Hey there, I am Lisa from the beautiful south of Germany. While at home I love to hang out with friends, go to music festivals&concerts or the local pub and celebrate life ;). I'm also really interested in sports and outdoors, like climbing, snowboarding/skiing, wakeboarding, swimming, hiking, going on camping trips, kayaking...everything preferable with other nice, interesting and humorous people for I really enjoy being around others.
I love traveling and meeting new people, I am open-minded, I like ambiguities, spontaneous and crazy ideas and I'm curious about learning and trying new things, to get new perspectives on topics that I maybe never considered before. Oh, and I'm really into food and local specialities :D
Currently I am taking my time to travel through Canada, and I already fell completely for this amazingly beautiful country, so if someone can offer insider tips or wants to spend some time or even a piece of the trip together, let me know!:)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music was my first love, I literally can't go a day without it, if it's just listening to it, trying to play on the piano or singing along in the kitchen while cooking. My favourite bands/artists are The Glitch Mob, Linkin Park, Martin Garrix, Evanescence, Seeed...but I enjoy listening to everything from classic to Edm, hip-hop and rock:)
I also love relaxing while reading a good book or watching a movie as well as learning about art (especially photography), history, politics, psychology...I'm really curious about everything new and interesting:)
