I love to travel when I can and I want to explore as many places as possible. I live downtown right around the corner from the Ravenel bridge. I lived in the Charleston area since 2001 so I'm pretty familiar with the area. I am in an up and coming area and am close to a lot of restaurants (3 very popular barbecue places), breweries, a great coffee shop, and wine shop all within a 5 minute or less walk. I'm about 1 mile from the part of King street that leads to the historic district. I'm 2.5 miles to the Market. Ubers are very reasonable to get you to the further areas. If you have a care you can be in Mount Pleasant in a few minutes and Shem Creek is a great place on the water with restaurants and bars.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm a single mom on a tight budge. I love to travel, see other cultures, and meet great new people. Generally I will be traveling by myself but there may be times I'll want to bring my child. Couch surfing will hopefully give me the chance to see new places I may have not been able to see and to make new friends across the world.

Interests

I like to try new restaurants in the area, get out by the water when it's not crazy hot, wine tastings, and just wandering around downtown. I travel when ever I get the chance, love seeing new areas.
