About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To live outside this system we have found ourselves in, and to have some fun along the way
ABOUT ME
I love travelling, I love life. I get bored easily. If i am not challenged and fighting to make the world a better place I don't feel alive. I love my friends and I would do anything for the people I care about. I can be loud and opinionated. I hate capitalism and this consumer society and I try every day to find more ways to live outside this system and to find others who are trying to do the same. I hate television. I love dumpster-diving and being in nature and the forest. I love organising protests, introducing others to alternative ways of life and thinking. Modern life and society is so plastic, artificial, clean, shiny and destructive. I want to live a life that is more organic and closer to the earth, living in communities, growing our own food, finding sustainable options. I don't believe in God and don't tend to get along well with people who do. I love partying and colours and amazing vegan food and doing absolutely crazy things. I am the kind of person who is always ready for anything, call me any time of day or night to do some crazy shit and i am there.
PHILOSOPHY
We have a responsibility to this earth to live sustainably with our ecosystem. We need to realise that without this ecosystem we would also cease to exist.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Have been involved with CS for a while, and have always opened my door to travellers and love finding random people to introduce to my life and learn about theirs. Have surfed a fair bit while i have been travelling, especially recently when my partner and I travelled overland from Tasmania to England without flying.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Magical adventures in a yellow van to find an uninhabited island in the middle of Lake Kivu (between Congo and Rwanda) and camp there for the weekend.
