We are a family of three, my two children aged 18 and 9 and I. We lead a vegan way of life, we practice meditation, buy exclusively organic food, we enjoy sport and nature. I do yoga every week. We tend to stay away from shopping centres and shoppers. We like volunteering.

兴趣

We like rock climbing, swimming in lakes and rivers, hiking and cycling with our tent and sleeping bags. I spend 10 days in silent meditation courses each year.
My goal is to be happier every day.
