Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Currently road-tripping the east coast and while I love camping and hostels, learning from someone a bit more local and having a chat apart from life on the road can be refreshing and lovely for all involved.

Interests

The outdoors top the list, and I love all else exploratory. Whether it’s diving into a new topic in a novel, learning a new skill, contemplating some wild idea, enjoying a new restaurant or bar, or simply sitting and enjoying a sunset I enjoy it all.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite novel happens to be one based in Australia, coincidence for my current trip! It’s titled “Conversations at Curlow Creek” and is written in beautiful prose by David Malouf. Not only do I love the story, but it gave me a little insight into Australian history and sentiments before I visited.

Music: any and all. Always changing and evolving, but die hard Queen fan.
