Hey! I'm from Chicago and living in San Francisco. I love to cycle, read, write, sing everywhere, meet new people, float around and dance, be free and smile. I also love a good yoga session, swimming and hiking. My favorite subjects are politics, philosophy, anything to do with sociology and social change.

When I travel I never really plan anything and instead like to meet interesting people and see where the wind takes me! In New Zealand I wound up on an unanticipated amazing road trip across the country and love things like that!!! *Serendipity*
For hosting, I live in SF and know EVERYTHING about the city and absolutely love to give people tours. I lived here in a hostel for a hot minute and made some great friends while I showed them around my beloved city.

Movies: Kill Bill and the Goonies are my faves. Lately I like documentaries and anything with a powerful message and good videography.

Books: any philosophy book, classic literature, Greek mythology, history, etc.

I run a newspaper in San Francisco, which I love because it makes me get involved with everything! Yes!

The most spectacular thing I've ever done is ascend Mount Sinai overnight in the Sinai Peninsula when I was studying abroad in Cairo, arriving at the top with the rising sun. I saw so many shooting stars and fell in love with the mountain.

I am an amazing chef and can put together flavors in new and interesting ways! My dad used to run kitchens and taught me everything he knows. :-)

Also, I love, love, love urban or trail hiking and riding around on bikes, so I can definitely share in on any active activities.
