ABOUT ME I've lived in Harlem, New York City for the last 7 years, and I absolutely love my adopted hometown. I work hard at my job at NYU and love getting the chance to get out of the city and check out new places. I like to eat, drink and generally be merry. Since I'm a California girl at heart, I'm pretty laid back and easy-going. I love travelling and have lived abroad and traveled to East & South East Asia, Europe, Central America & the Caribbean. I like a lot of Brit-Rock (Franz Ferdinand, Noisettes, Hard-Fi, Kaiser Chiefs) and NYC indie (Santigold, The Virgins, MGMT, Republic Tigers). I adore non-fiction books, esp anything to do with history or science, but read a lot of fiction too.
