My names Lloyd, I'm 27 and from the UK. I'm a friendly, outgoing and happy kind of guy, who just wants to meet as many people from as many places as possible. I'm a keen traveller and over the past 18 months have visited many incredible countries.

Having spent time in South America across 5 countries that all speak Spanish, I'm fed up of speaking "Spanglish", so becoming fluent in Spanish is one of my long term goals!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I want to meet people from all over the world, to been shown things that are off the tourist trap, and really submerge myself into the culture of whichever country i'm travelling through.

I feel it would be much easier to connect with people in their own environment, as much as meeting people in hostels is fun! You don't know how long they're likely to be around for.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I Traveled South America for 6 months. Visited loads of incredible places, a few highlights being The Carnival in Rio, Christ the Redeemer, Salt Flats in Bolivia, Machu Pichu in Peru.
