CURRENT MISSION

I am triple vaccinated with Johnson and 2 Moderna vaccines. I am a Pilates Teacher and i teach full time. Please do not stay with me if you just want a free bed to sleep in and i will automatically decline if you request for more than 4 NIGHTS . Couchsurfing is a cultural exchange not just a service for free lodging. If you are looking for a free hotel, please stay with someone else. i want to learn so many things. i am naturally very curious so every experience interest me. I look at life everyday through the eyes of wonderment and promise.

ABOUT ME

i always get up very early to either bike or workout or see clients. ( very early meaning 5 am) i am relaxed and I like to cook at home. i eat simply and cleanly. I like meeting people and experiencing other cultures. I like being active whether it is walking, running, biking or just enjoying the outdoors. I like snorkeling, scuba diving and other water sports. I enjoy new experiences whether it is about food, movies, nature or something off the beaten path. I enjoy unique experiences like watching the moon set and the sun rise almost at the same time( summer in the north of finland ) or sun setting off the coast of santorini

PHILOSOPHY

Life is amazing because as sure as you are having a bad day, you always know a good day is just around the corner.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I enjoy events where people enjoy and share ideas and insights on life. I belong to a organziations like the Inter Nations which bring people of different cultures together. i think it is great that visiting travelers get somebody local to show them around and if possible to host them. seeing my home country through the eyes of travelers makes me feel like everything is new, exciting and full of wonder.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had two hosts so far in couchsurfing and they have been very accommodating. They were awesome about sharing information about the local culture and I cannot wait to do it again. I like hosting people that want a cultural exchange not just a free place to stay.

Interests

capoeira, pilates, travelling, biking, cooking, hiking. just plain discovery. i naturally curious about anything. People interest me in how they handle life experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love movies that gives us glimpses of other cultures. Lately , I have been watching Bollywood movies and they are hilarious.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1. i was hiking a trail of the cinque terre to portovenere in italy
2. canoa quebrada in brazil during sunset as the black sand of the beach against the red sand of the desert in the north coast of brazil
3. in the north of finland where it 24 hour daylight in the summer and the moon sets just as the sun rises.
4. 12 apostle in the south coast of australia.
5. blue mountains outside of sydney
6. Walking 125 miles of the Camino de Santiago

Teach, Learn, Share

All requests to stay with me will not be considered unless you mention why i should let you stay with me after you read my profile and talk about my biggest concern about couchsurfers. I like meeting people who are hungry for life and what it has to offer. I want to learn humanity from people from all cultures because it seems the west has lost a lot of it. Seeing any country through the eyes of a traveler makes you thirsty for everything a country has to offer while looking at things with wonder.
