About Me

I am italian guy who loves traveling and knowing new people, I am looking forward to exploring new cultures, sharing mine too!
I'm in love with the variety of the world, I would live by traveling if I could, I'm curious about all the places I go, everytime I discover a new place I understand how much there still is that I have to see and I think that's beautiful.
I am an open book, I love listening to people's stories, many times I got the inspiration I needed from someone I barely knew, this brought me to try to travel in many different ways , my best experiences have been backpacking, walking (I did the Camino di Santiago!), biking or volunteering around the world.
I live in Turin, where I finished my bachelor in July, I am taking a gap year to travel, I plan to start again my studies next year.
I think I am very flexible, I can appreciate in the same way a chill dinner with some friends and a crazy party night, I think that the people you are with make the difference, not what you do!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing to try a new way to travel, meeting lots of people. I've decided to try this platform because I grew up seeing my family hosting people from all over the world and I have always loved it, I see it as one of the best chances to meet people with different ideas and cultures.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am into Italian and American rap, but I love listening almost all kind of music, from rock to pop, it depends on the mood, sometime I want to listen to Eminem, sometime to Beatles!
I love a lot of cult movies, like Blade Runner or The Shawshank Redemption, but Tarantino's are my favorites.
I think my favourite book authors are Ken Follett and Agatha Christie, " And Then There Were None" has always been the book I loved the most. I like reading books about psychology as well, I like to see why we work in some ways.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I love bike or walking travels, for example I went from Lucca to Rome by bike on the Via Francigena with a friend, I did the Camino de Santiago alone and just a month ago I went with my father in South East Asia, where we cycled through several small villages meeting a lot of wonderful people!
Another incredible experience have been volunteering for a month and a half in a farm in Portugal or hitchhiking with a friend for three weeks in East-Europe.

Teach, Learn, Share

I think that we learn something from every person we meet, so I hope to share as more as possible with you!

What I Can Share with Hosts

If I am able to do something I am happy to help, anyways I can offer some Italian cooking (I'm not a pro, but I'll do my best) and share my travel experiences!
