Hi everybody ! I am Lucas, I'm living in a small village near Montpellier in the South of France. I'm student in a degree in economics. I changed last year, before that I used to study sport training. In life I'm an easy going and discreet person. During my free time I like to do sports (go to the gym or horse riding), have funny moments and hang out with my friends, play all sort of games and travel of course ! Besides I generally prefer the sunny places and the beach than the mountain. For proof I never skied, yes for real ! But I will do it when I will have the opportunity, for sure ! English is not my native language so I try to do my best to improve my level !

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I really like to travel and I try to visit a new place each year during summer. I registered on Couchsurfing two years ago, because I think it's a good way to travel and discover a country, local culture as good as possible ! As I often travel alone, it's easier to meet people and share good times. I like tips about good place who are not on touristics books. The evening is for me a good moment to do things, discover a city by night, eat good dishes, hang out to drink some cocktails, be with friends and laugh about everything or go to a party sometimes. My first experience on CS was in 2016 for a trip in French Polynesia (my first solo trip !). I met very nice people with who I did funny things !
Music, Movies, and Books
I like all sorts of movies and books but I have a slight preference for detective novels, and movies with action and a good plot or based on a true story. For the moment I'm more in series than movies, and I read a book of Don Winslow ! For the music I love techno songs and hip-hop music (classic or new songs) !
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I think that it's not really about what I did, but what I'll make. I planned great things, like become a pirate to navigate on the oceans, have a breeding with koalas (I love koalas !) or be a Hollywood star ! Sometimes I have a vivid imagination, I guess it would help me to write a script ! But I made things I'll never forget, like skydiving and snorkelling in French Polynesia.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you some words in French ! And I can make cakes too ;) ! (As I am French, I think it's an obligation to have some skills in cooking ahah). I would like to improve my english too, and learn to cook dishes from all over the world.
