Hi everybody!

My name is Lucie and I am 24 years old. I live in a small town in the north of France with my parents and our two dogs: Jazz and Shepherd.
I really like reading, spending time with my friends, listening to music, family time, etc. Most importantly, I love animals!

I am in higher education to be a school teacher. At the same time, I already work two days a week in a school with 8-year-old students. I love my students! I can't wait to finish my studies and have my class full time.

I have traveled in Europe and I would like to open up to other continents.
This summer, I will travel to the United States and Canada. I'm so excited, I can't wait.
I will start my trip in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon and then I will go to San Francisco. Then I fly to New York followed by Toronto and finally Montreal. This trip made me want so much… I am extremely happy to be able to do it.

My level of English is not great but I'm trying to improve.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm new to Couchsurfing (which is why I don't have a recommendation) and I can't wait to be a part of your community! When I learned about the concept, I immediately found it incredible. It’s great to be able to meet locals and live with them. I imagine that must be the best way to discover a culture.

I love reading (especially thriller). My favorites authors are Franck Thilliez and Maxime Chattam.
I like TV show to especially the walking dead, the handmade's tale, breaking bad, murder and others.
My favorite movie is Spirited Away by Miyazaki

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My trip in Cabo Verde. The people are extremely nice and welcoming. I was able to meet the locals and discuss. Plus, I made some great friends there!
