Hi!

My name is Lucija and I live in a lovely house on a countryside near Ljubljaljana, which is the capital city of Slovenia. I have a big family with very nice and carrying parents and 5 siblings (2 brothers and 3 sister). We also have two cats Lady and Grey. I am also vegan🌱.

I love to travel and get to know other cultures and lifestyle of other people. I am love art, nature and animals. I am at scouts organisation and they thought me how to live in nature and how to take care of it. I love different types of adventures for example: hiking, making a fire in forest, sleeping under the stars ...
Sport is also part of my life. I have been rock climbing (my dad thought me) and swimming for my whole life and I was also training sport gymnastics for 10 years. I also love running and snowboarding.

My grandmother owns a confectionery and she thought me how to bake, which I also love to do besides cooking.

Besides all the sports I do, I have an "obsession" with plants. In my room there is around 50 plants. 😅

If you are going to stay at my place, you will be also living with my whole family. 😁.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My mum started couchsurfing a long time ago and even though we didn't travel the world couchsurfers brought the world to us.

Now that I am older I want to do the same to other people.

I think that if you travel with couchsurfing the places that you visit find different spot in your hart and you see the differently not just as the tourist destination.

With hosts I can share everything I know about traveling and my experiences around the world (the countries I have visited). Since I am scout I can teach you things for example surviving in nature for a few days, orienteering with stars ... and of course I can cook you some famous Slovenian dishes.
