ABOUT ME

I'm a simple guy who enjoys meeting different people with different backgrounds. At the moment I'm a resident doctor at Hospital dos Capuchos, a former palace in the middle of Lisboa, very near to Chiado, Praça do Comércio , Marques de Pombal and Avenida da Liberdade. I'm attending the first year of Hemathology and I'm liking it. I don't have much spare time though, specially during the week. But on the weekend, if I have the chance, I ride straight to Costa da Caparica or Peniche to catch some Waves!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Started as a traveller and now I'm also hosting. I came up living in Madragoa, a very traditional neighbourhood right in the center of Lisboa and I'm loving it!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Amazing! If I wanna enjoy life, I just need to get out of my confort zone!Because the best of each city, of each country are the people... don't be affraid of getting along with them even when they have diferent backgrounds because everyone has its own story right? And it's always good to change perspectives once in a while...

Interessen

I think I know how to enjoy the fullest of my city and my country. I love the summer, surfing in some of the most amazing beaches in Costa Vicentina, Portugal. I find it hard not to drink a couple of beers after a long week during the sunset in one of many Lisbon belvederes or not having a night out to Cais do Sodré, Bairro Alto or Lux with some friends...
At the moment I'm trying to learn German though it's a "sehr komplitziert Sprache"! I guess I will never be good enough with it - I've been learning German for about a year and an half - and having some people to try to talk with would be "Prima"!
I also love reading in spite of being a lonely activity and therefore not such a good visiting card in this kind of site.
My friends are great and I do care a lot for them. I figure they would state that I am a nice guy after all!
