Overview
About Me
looking for ethical growth in this crazy world. been living in portugal and helping in social struggles while trying to experiment with my own personal boundaries when it come s to question life on the margins of normal society. i enjoy traveling and getting to know other people's realities and creative processes on dealing with basic human challenges and emotions - like pain, joy, communal life and freedom of self-identification and expression. I'm very curious about how people find ethical solutions for the difficulties they face in daily life, and I'm truly interested in participating in practical experiences of community living and non institutional education. this is what i want to keep doing for the time to come, and thus I'm currently taking time from work's so i can expand on the places i visit and the experiences i have.
i have a philosophical and slow approach to daily experiences, where i like to take time to feel them, while nevertheless very much enjoying to meet people in new places. sometimes i need to balance extroversion with taking time for myself, to take time for resting and thinking; but i also like good conversations and taking long walks in new places. I'm very much in love with caring for plants and animals and fascinated with learning more about other lifeforms around me everyday.
I'm vegan, housemate of two cats and one dog, with a growing interest in deeply written, thoughtful comics.

Music, Movies, and Books
been listening more to prog rock, electronica, anarcho-punk, feminist musicians and rap; i also enjoy folk tunes and mostly everything that is confrontational and political. some 'classical' music, and non western-European musical traditions.
I've been enjoying series like the «handmaid's tales», «transparent» and «dietland»; in movies i've focused more on learning about Portuguese women directors during these last months, either documentary, fiction or something in between.
I'm interested in expanding my knowledge on thoughtful and provocative political comics; i also enjoy very much zines and been reading authors like bell hooks and have a desire to expand on African women authors.
