About Me
I have hosted and stayed with people from Couchsurfing for nearly five years now. I have met pretty weird and amazing people. Because who wants to be normal, right? Who wants to stay in a bland hotel when you can hangout with the coolest people ever.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing for the reason everyone should be on it: to share a great time with others while being on the road. I don't believe in hosting or lodging with people and not getting to know them during the stay.

Music, Movies, and Books
Anything Gabriel Garcia Marquez because he's the greatest writer ever and he's from my country. Shoutout to Milan Kundera and his "Unbearable Lightness of Being."
Movies? I have to go with "Paraiso Travel," "Romeo + Juliet," and "The Great Gatsby," or anything else that is a tragic love story. "Pulp Fiction," "Lost in Translation," and "A Clockwork Orange" are honorable mentions as well.
I love fun music like Gogol Bordello and Dubioza Kolectiv and tons of Latino rock. Really like Wilco, Bjork, Portishead, and Los Fabulosos Cadillacs.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Moved to another country without knowing anything about it. That's pretty amazing and scary, right? Especially when it's the USA you move to!
I've also done paragliding off a mountain in Colombia!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am respectful of others' belongings and like to engage hosts in activities that we can do together. I enjoy cooking and having good conversations from music and movies to the various ways we can solve the world's problems.
