To get our first couchsurfing experience!

ABOUT ME

We are two girls from Denmark who love to travel and meet new people from everywhere in the world! Both just finshed school this summer in Denmark and quickly after left for Australia in August. Currently, we are taking a gap year from studies to get some travel experience and hopefully grow as a person. We both started out in Australia in two different cities, where we had some work experiences. Afterwards, we met up and started traveling together for one month in Australia, and in a few weeks we are off to New Zealand together for a few weeks. After New Zealand we go our seperate ways once again, Sisse is off to Asia for a few months traveling, whereas Luna is heading to Ecuador! We are both doing some volunteer work in Asia and Ecuador, which we are looking forward to. We're very easy-going and happy to make the best of everything. We are very outgoing and love to be social and meet new people. We enjoy trying new things and give ourselves some challenges once in a while. We love to travel and learn from new experiences and to see things from a different perspective. That's what we hoped to get to explore during this year off school. We also have a great sense of humor! (at least that's what we like to think)Easy facts about both of us: 19 years old - non smokers - live in Roskilde, Denmark - Majors English and Spanish.

In January 2012 we will be travelling around New Zealand and we're hpoing to meet heaps of other coachsurfers and hosts

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We are new in couchsurfing, but hope to get a lot of experience within the next 6 months while we are traveling. When we get home to Denmark and get settled in an apartment, we would love to host other couchsurfers as well.

Interests

We both enjoy traveling and exploring new cultures as well as different languages. We enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, which we hope to do a lot of in New Zealand. We love to do some cooking and would enjoy cooking for our host as well, but with that being said; we are still on a beginners level :)

Music, Movies, and Books

We both have a weakness for girly shows such as Gossip Girl, Pretty Little Liars and so on. Recently, we watched all the Lord of the Rings movies to get the New Zealand spirit - and despite the different genre, we really enjoyed watching all of them.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
