Music, Movies, and Books
Norwegian wood by Haruki Murakami. The Catcher In The rye by J. D. Salinger.
The great Gatsby by Fitzgerald, Crime and Punishment by Dostoevsky...
As for music I generally listen to Iranian classics but I also enjoy international music. Movies I prefer Italian neorealistic genre over others. My favorites are Federico Fellini's.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
1. **Dancing with Danger**
Despite a chorus of warnings, I ventured into madayen in Iraq and visited an ancient site, brushing shoulders with danger and emerged from a close to ISIS encounter.
A tale to captivate my grandchildren at dinner table one day.
2. **Last Minute Drama**
Faced off with my ex at Schiphol Airport in a dramatic showdown that nearly grounded my travel plans. Despite the emotional turbulence, I made it to my gate with seconds to spare – a departure that Hollywood couldn't have scripted better
3. **Historical Handiwork**
Once upon a time in Hama-Syria, I turned the ancient Norias with nothing but my bare hands, leaving my mark on history before they became legends.
4. **Persian Marathon**
Traversed over 5000 km to Paris, not for love or glory, but to celebrate an Iranian friend's birthday. because when it comes to celebrating, I’m not just a guest—I’m the event.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am delighted to offer a taste of Persian culture right from my kitchen. Allow me to guide you through the aromatic world of homemade Persian cuisine with recipes passed down through generations. Or, if melodies capture your heart, I can be your maestro in the enchanting realm of Persian music.
My passion for languages is boundless, and I would be thrilled to assist you in mastering the nuances of both English and Persian. Rest assured, seeking my help will be far from futile—it will be a journey towards linguistic finesse.
Beyond the spoken word, I invite you to delve into my personal library of literature and music. My extensive experience in travel planning and deep knowledge of Iran's hidden gems are at your disposal. Together, we can craft unforgettable journeys across this beautiful land.
