About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To spread positivity, comfort, and joy to all I encounter.

ABOUT ME

I'm one of the most enthusiastic, rambunctious, and animated people you'll come across. I love to laugh, have fun and be happy. What I love even more than that is when the people that surround me are jovial together as well. I enjoy cooking veggies and such, being outside, riding my bike, beer, herb, people, singing, and a lot of other things. I love the earth for all of it's beauty, plethora of life, and the resilience it contains as well as gives to each inhabitant. I feel that personal health and confidence are the necessities to happiness. If music didn't exist I probably wouldn't either. I believe that respect should be default when interacting with anything. I tend to over-communicate a lot, so bare with me for I require a good amount of communication myself. I'm a "HUGGER".

PHILOSOPHY

Stressing about the uncontrollable is a waste of time and energy. I've found that focusing on positive productivity helps though :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm relatively new to CS, so I've only had the chance to go to one local CS meeting. I look forward to participating more in the future when the opportunity presents itself.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only CS'd once, and it was with my best friend/roommate in Seattle, WA. Our hosts were incredible and couldn't have been better to us. They showed us around the town and camped out with us at Sasquatch. I can say it was an amazing experience filled with beautiful people.

Interests

Egypt, dinosaurs, minerals, music of any kind, foreign food, Greece, South America, Spanish, plants, the unifying factor, and some other things.

I'll just start with bands:
Minus the Bear, Between the Buried and Me, The Dirty Projectors, Grizzly bear, Animal Collective, Ratatat, Fleet Foxes, RX Bandits, Bright Eyes, Peanut Butter Wolf, Letters to Voltron, Menomena, Modest Mouse, The Dodos, Toro y Moi, Panda Bear, The Beatles*, Led Zeppelin, Rush, Yes, Bob Dylan, John Mayall, Janis Joplin, Hendrix, This Town Needs Guns, Deerhoof....just to name a few.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Danced to legends like never before in a beautiful canyon. Rocked the streets of Austin on bike and foot during SXSW 5 years in a row. Peed where I wasn't supposed to. Met my favorite artists. Loved and felt the wind move through me.
