Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I like the idea of Couchsurfing because it gives people the opportunity to explore new places with recommendations and tips from locals rather than just doing the classic touristy things. It is also really nice to see kind people opening up their homes to travelers who are traveling on a budget.
Music, Movies, and Books
I love RnB and soul music, including artists like Erykah Badu and Otis Redding. One of my favorite TV shoes is Money Heist. And one of my favorite books is Americanah by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I just got back from traveling in Brazil for two months solo, where I had so much fun meeting new people, learning some Portuguese, eating delicious food, and hiking to some beautiful remote beaches.

I love to cook and eat and would be happy to cook and share a meal with anyone who is interested. I would love to practice and improve my Spanish and Portuguese as well, and am open to learning anything you'd like to teach! Happy to teach english as well.
