Craving new experiences always. Travel hungry, nature-loving, food enthusiast chilling in that weird limbo period between college and adulthood/real life. I'm all about life's little pleasures-- backyard potlucks with close friends, reading a book on the couch while it's raining, waking up while the world is still asleep, FLOWERS, cooking while listening to Billie Holiday....yeah those kinds of things. I can talk your hear off about food. Aside from loving vegetarian cooking, tasting new cuisines, and blowing all my money on amazing food, I'm also passionate about food policy and food access-- I want to build healthier communities through food systems innovation. Nature is rad. I love hiking, running, anything outdoors. Yoga, music, writing.....just a few other things I like.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm so glad that CS exists. It restores my faith in humanity. People just crave meeting other genuine people, and CS is the perfect platform for that. I firmly believe the best way to travel is through the perspective of locals. Anyone can be a tourist, but to live with locals, exchanging stories and interests makes for a truly unique and special travel experience. My fondest travel memory is living with a Spanish family in Spain, cooking meals together, speaking only in Spanish, and laughing over Spanish television at night. I look forward to creating similar memories all around the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spent 8 days hiking in Glacier National Park!!! I've never seen anywhere so beautiful, and it really sent me on a mission to see more of this incredible country we live in. The U.S. has so much to offer!!! Definitely go to Glacier if you get the chance.
