Hello,
I'm Madlyn, a Belgian Traveller since 2018.

I travelled with my backpack in west Africa and then in Europe by hitchhiking. Then I worked in Togo during 1 year in an NGO.
Now I'm traveling mostly by bicycle and I live in my van in Brussels as I work in a center for mental disabled people.

Классная вещь, которую я сделал(-а)

- I travelled by hitchhiking from Belgium to Albania then my assurance rapatriated me to Belgium because of some big stones in my gall bladder and I needed a surgery !! But it was one of the best experience of my life. I took more than 100 cars, meet so many people, i discovered and did so many things i couldnt expected .... like shot with guns, someone painted me, etc...

- I felt in a mountain at 2400 meters above sea level, and 4 guys carried me on 9 km during 5 hours to go down... Now it's funny, but on the moment, it was just terrible. 😑

- I arrived to an airport 20 min before my flight, I didn't do the check-in, the security didn't check my luggage and I HAD had my flight with my luggage (with liquide, knife, etc.....) ! I still don't know how it has been possible

- 2 times, I hitchhiked 1300 km in one day, it was intense and long for sure 😂 but faster than the public transport or with my car

- I did the Camino de Santiago by bicycle and biked 2500 km (such an amazing trip)
