Overview
About Me
I´m a creative person, that includes: creative at work, creative to cook with a few ingredients and creative to organize a party with minimal resources. I´m a writer who need to stop procrastinating and just write. I´ve been distracted and it´s time to live my dreams and stop (just) dreaming.
I studied Social Communication and Media Production. I found a media producer company and I quit from my own job to adventure, travel and know what is around the world. I´m gonna travel to find the best history of the world.
I love pets. My love increase since I lost fear to dogs whom barked me at street. I learn that they understand you won´t hurt them, so they don´t have to protect themselves bitten you. I live with two dogs named Brito (6) and Candy (2), and my brother Lucho (23).
I grew up in La Escandinava, a rural zone where you gonna see incredible sunsets. We have the perfect place to sit and be happy with the colors of clouds and sun´s draws. My parents (Pedro and Dina) live there, they are farmers. I live at Bowen, a town placed four kilometres from La Escandinava. It´s a quite place with good people. Oh! I made a documentary about life and grow at La Escandinava :3 (I´m gonna put the trailer´s link when I end up changes at my Youtube´s channel). Both places are at South of Mendoza (Argentinian province).
I studied Social Communication and Media Production, that allows me to be a journalism, a videographer, a photographer, an editor but what I most enjoy is to be a writer/storyteller. I consider myself as a very creative person. You can know more at www.maggieojcius.com and read me at www.lasvueltasdemiombligo.blogspot.com.ar
PHILOSOPHY
Love, respect, help and fight against what is hurting me or others. I choose to fight against low motivation and mal nutrition.
One of my strongest thoughts is that the solidarity can make a better world and love do can save it. So that, in 2013 I found "El Club de la Cobija" (The blanket´s club) to help people with cold, hungry, kids with mal nutrition and mothers with low motivation. A big group of people have joined me and together we work to love others through giving. We believe that "to give is to love" and "giving do us good" (both: who gives and who receives). Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Since 2012 I´m not satisfied with my life. Oh, wait! It doesn´t mean that my life is awful, I enjoy spending time with friends, I have fun at several works I did, I love my family, BUT I need to travel more. When I discovered that my soul needs adventure, I´m looking for ways to travel, know different cultures, and write: create, help others and live this day as it´s my last one (I know that is the most used phrase when you talk about dreams but is so true).
On 2015, June I produced four videos that costed me tears, the client was terrible BUT (again) that job gave me the money to buy my tickets Argentina-New York (back and forward). So, I´m gonna start my adventure on August, 9th to October 9th. But it´s just the beginning. I want to go back country by country: USA to Mexico, Mexico to Panama and keep traveling waiting for the road surprises.
That´s why I´m in Couchsurfing.
Interests
Cultures, people´s way of life: how they grew up, how they communicate, how they love, what is happiness for them, how they help others, their miracles, their philosophies, and a lot of priceless things. ART, ARTist, ARTisans and a million more of things that I want to collect! :D
I love to hear love stories and to write them down with my impronta.
I would enjoy meeting green and caring people, those who take care of their bodies, the ambient, and help other to have a better life. I really want to join them and be a volunteer wherever is need.
I believe that solidarity can change the world, but only by love we gonna do that.
Oh! I forgot! I´m gonna collaborate to save post cards through sending cards wherever I am. Wanna join, soldier?

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite music is which fills me when I have a specific hole: Am I happy? Dance music! Angry? Let´s rock! Wanna read or write? Indie or quiet one. Nostalgic? A "folklore argentino" playlist. Feeling thankful? Worship is the best.
At 8 I read my first book "Mi planta de naranja-lima" de José Mauro Vasconcelos (brasilian), at 10 "Little Woman" (read twelve times in my life), from there I didn´t stop reading one day. I read novels, biographies, and how-to-write-better books. "The Script" (Robert McKee) is one of my favorites.
About movies: I prefer indie instead of commercial ones. Although there are such a great things as "The Giver", "Winter´s Tale", "ElizabethTown", and a lot more. Wes Anderson rocks.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A summer ago I camp by myself which meant a lot for me. It was a personal growth item. In 2013 I traveled with three friends from Mendoza to Brazil almost without money, it was so funny and... we survive!
Yeah, yeah... I know that isn´t Incredible, but that´s what I´m gonna do next trip to NY. It´ll start August, 9th.
Teach, Learn, Share
I wish I could find people who wanna share their histories. I wanna documentary them.
I also can teach about media, TV production, photography and communication. Spanish is my first language so I can teach it.
I would love to be volunteer wherever will need.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can cook (Argentinian and Ukrainian food), be a home and petsitter, I can teach Spanish and make a vegetable garden. I love to spend time talking, laughing. Oh! I can take pictures or have a family session to give nice pics to them.
