I am a journalist, researcher, and campaigner. Growing up in Egypt, rooted in my culture and identity helped me to indulge in the world while having an anchor of who I am. My work in journalism was my large window to enhance my openness attitude, and to bridge with almost and everybody. Then, living in the United Kingdom has transferred me from the observer to otherness in western culture to the citizen status quo. Whereas I experience the essence of Europe and learn every day about how I grow as human and learn from every day and every new person; who are many in the magnificent metropolitan London.

I am an Egyptian girl who her life has been shaped by the glorious revolution of January 25th, and through its eyes, I developed my willingness to help others into a career of activism. you will hear me speak about the stories of the needy, the victims, the unvoiced and I consider my whole life to voice their wounds.

Politics, Theology, Sociology, Literature, music, and art is rhetoric my day evolved around. And the other half of the day playing around cooking-that I am really clever at- and knitting or sewing, reading, and studying at this MA stage for sure.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am living in one of the most expensive cities in the world, so I am keen to help traveler whom we will share some interests and help them reduce their accommodation experience. And in return contribute to the couch surfing community. As a giving back to all the friends who hosted me in all my travels.
