Hi! I am Maicah. 🌸 I finally got the courage to do solo trips outside the Philippines! I have been working for the past 10 years and work schedule seldom allowed me to explore the world. Taking a bit of a break now and am excited to get to know places, people and myself more.

I took a career break in Sept 2023 to January 2024 where I met amazing people from different places in my visits in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and South Korea! I was my happiest doing things I never thought are even on my bucket list like - sandboarding and walking with camels, climbing the Tongariro Crossing post winter, bee rescue missions and beekeeping chores, and vegetable pickling and many more!!

I discovered to myself that I don’t only travel to see the place but to also meet people and hear their stories, learn the culture and history behind buildings we see now and don’t, and enjoy cuisines and street foods together with the care of how these are prepared.

I am trying to live life with a bit more life into it and hoping to share my stories with people I meet, too.
