ABOUT ME

We're a pretty laid back couple who enjoy good conversations and open minded people. We also love to travel and experience new places outside the "hotel/tourism bubble."

Now that our kids are older, 5/9/12yrs we're slowly getting back to being more active with couchsurfing.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We have hosted couchsurfers as well as surfed ourselves. We have also donated to the CS project.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Very good so far! We have definitely met fascinating and fun people through CS & seen places/done stuff that we would've totally missed out on if it wasn't for CS.

One of the best movies we've seen together is Son of Rambow. Marisa loves to read and make puzzles, but doesn't get to do it very much these days. As far as music goes, we're not discriminating and enjoy a wide variety, especially if it's live music & good company.

We took a 5-week "trip of a lifetime" to South Africa during Soccer World Cup in 2010.
