Sergio: He corrido 100 kms por el monte durante 19 horas, en una famosa carrera del país vasco donde se corre por 3 montes durante 24 horas / I have run 100 kms through the mountains for 19 hours, in a famous race in the Basque country where you run for 3 mountains for 24 hours
