I am 24 years old and just recently moved to Cologne in Germany. Before, I finished studying in Münster, Germany, and decided to look at the bigger picture once again and move to the Philippines. COVID-19 destroyed my adventure mid-way and I had to go back to Germany in April 2020. Generally, I love sports, especially Football/Soccer and Table tennis on either the active side as a player or the passive side as a spectator or coach. Moreover, I basically like to try out all kinds of activities which are connected to movement and physical exercise. I am a big fan of travelling, meeting new people, getting to know different languages (like IsiXhosa or Waray-Waray) and cultures. I am interested in all different characters and opinions this world offers. Every person you speak to for the first time, can tell you something you have never heard before, so better listen, my friends! I am uncomplicated and curious, I am open to try new things and would love to learn from people who can share experiences and wisdom. Usually, I never say no to a night out with good drinks and nice conversations and dancing to vibrant music.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I see it as a great opportunity to meet people from all around the world, have an intercultural exchange and find free places to stay in cities all over the planet. Also, it is a giving and taking of favours, you can show your crazy world to people who are interested in getting to know it or learn that your life actually is not crazy at all compared to what others witness! Your mindset can be highly influenced by travelling and in that way it stays flexible and open, that is what I love about this platform.
Music, Movies, and Books
I generally enjoy most types of music but for a night out I prefer deep house, psytrance, tech-house and TECHNO. In my free time, I also listen a lot to Indie, HipHop, 90's Rock, Afropop and South African House. I don’t have book preferences, I’d be open to start reading any genre, in case of liking it I’ll smash through it :) Shantaram might be my favorite book ever, together with the sequel of The Mountain Shadow by Gregory Roberts. Also The Divide is something I would recommend everybody to read Rather series than movies!
