I'm a cheerful and talkative girl who is curious about everything - history, culture, cities, music and individuals. Always believing in 'personal is politics', I love to explore other's personal's stories.Travelling, particularly travelling alone, therefore is a great chance to explore fascinating stories. That's the reason enabling travel to be 'the only thing you buy that make you richer'. I want to try as much stuff as possible when I am still capable, and make my life as least regretful as possible. You Only Live Once, right? But after all, who doesn't?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My friend first introduced CS to me, and then I tried it on my two monthly trips to Europe. They were incredible experience to me not only because I got the chance to live with the local culture, but also the countless unforgettable friendship I made. As such sincere and unconditional relationship is really rare in today's materialistic and highly individualistic society, all the connections enabled by CS appear to be more valuable.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have surfed quite a number of couches in Europe, made some lifelong friends who won't probably know how they have influenced me. I am pretty much still a beginner when compared with those well-experienced surfers, yet I cherished every encounter I have had and I believe quality of the friendship matters as well, so I am trying to make every CS experience as memorable as possible:)

Travel, Tango, karate, yoga, films (esp the old ones), music (esp jazz). Falling in love. Admiring the nature. Dreaming about the endless possibilities of life and starting to actualize them one by one.

Musica, film e libri

I love watching movies, especially the old one, the black and white one. Alfred Hitchcock is one of my favorite director and his black and white movies are awesome!

As for the music, I think there is no good or bad music, only the music I like or dislike.I like a wide range of music, mostly blue and jazz. Oh, and I love Bossa Nova so much as it just relaxes me and emotionalize me. I am passionate about tango and salsa music as well.

So what compose my life/what can I share? Well, Chinese calligraphy, Hong Kong cuisine, colonial history, issue of identity, Spanish, tango, my solo travel experience.....
