ABOUT ME I think folks would say I was a heart person, motivated by a world view which sees everything as one. Relationships are uppermost in my life - with everyone, especially friends and family, and the building and nurturing of community. I am an idealist, rather than a materialist. I am staying with my 90 year-old-mum in UK right now, and one day will have an old mobile home somewhere or other so I can remain free to move around and follow the signs! love life and sharing my abundant blessings!

Observed gorillas for six days at Karisoke, Rwanda, and having a silverback stand on my feet as he examined my camera.
Teach, Learn, Share
I teach Yoga and Mindfulness. I enjoy sharing insights especially around the books of Eckhart Tolle. Learning day to day! I also give a complete 1 hour massage sequence.
My Interests
I am leading a wonderful life for which I daily give thanks, doing what I feel moved to do and best contributing my talents, I trust! Most recently lived in Nairobi for 25 years with a 3 year break in the States: teaching (yoga, meditation), publishing (health quarterly magazine and articles), counseling, training (health store personnel), and event managing (annual EcoFair) - all in the field of holistic health. I enjoy humour; all kinds of music; film; art; and travel; and engaging with new cultures, and the unknown! Am passionate about Waldorf Education.
