Hello! I’m 43 years old and I live in Braga, after spending almost 21 years in Lisbon. I’m passionate about sports and outdoor activities — especially mountain hikes, where I find peace and energy.

🏞️ Although I live in the city, I never miss the chance to spend my weekends in the countryside, on the mountain slopes. There I enjoy nature in all its forms: small lagoons that refresh me in the summer and turn into exuberant rivers with the winter rains; green trees in spring that gain a special charm when shedding their leaves in autumn. I also practice small-scale farming, which provides me with healthy food throughout the year.

🐎 I have a special fascination for horses and I’m developing a personal project to keep them in a semi-wild environment. This connection with animals and rural life is an essential part of who I am.

👨‍🔧 As a mechanical engineer, I love all kinds of technologies, but my interests go far beyond that: medicine, self-knowledge, personal and professional development, and personal finance.

I love meeting people from different cultures, sharing stories, and learning new perspectives. For me, Couchsurfing is much more than hosting or being hosted — it’s about creating genuine connections and exchanging experiences that last forever.
