Hi.
It's hard to describe yourself, isn't it? =) I am a Chef, who is always looking for new challanges. I grew up as the oldest son af an Italian couple living in Germany. Food is part of Culture. And i think this is why i was always interested and open to discover new places and meet new people. To me it is fascinating, how even the smallest things change from place to place.
I love Food, Languages, dialects and accents, music, village festivals and basicly everything, that makes each country and region as unique as it is.
Things i like to do is ofc Cooking, but also bicycling, learn new things, read books (mostly kitchens literature) Go for a walk (mostly in the nature if possible).
Also i used to play Drums and Piano and whenever i have the opportunity i try to see, if i am still able to play those instruments =)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Currently i am using different Websides to travel the World, mostly Europe with my Girlfriend. I think Couchsurfing is a great way to share experiences and culture, as well as a cheap way to travel for backpacker. My Girlfriend and me both like to explore and discover new places as well as hear the Life stories of other people.

To be Honest, i am open to every style of Music
I used to hear a lot of Rock and Metal back in the days. Mostly i listen to Rock, Classic Music, and Latin Music.

I don't watch Movies, so here i really can't say a lot.
Like some Documentarys, and Comedy

My Favorite Books are mostly cuisine literature (El Bulli)
I also like Biogrophies and stories of resistance fighters and victims of War (Che Guevara, Anne Frank, siblings Scholl) and thriller (mostly of Sebastian Fitzek and Cody Mcfadyen)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

An experience i remember, was when i was trying to get to a host and i just missed the last Connection train to get there. It was late at night, and i had no idea how to get to my host. A friendly man realized my situation and offered me to take me to the host by car.
