About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Live, Love, Learn...and Travel as often as possible.

ABOUT ME

I am sensitive, emotional and a true believer in the good in the world. I can hardly say "NO" to anyone, I would give my house away if asked too nicely :)

I love travelling, reading and listening to good music. I also cook a little and have been told I make a rocking pizza dough.

PHILOSOPHY

Do the best with the time and means you have.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love the look on peoples faces when they see a place for the first time and would be pleased to be a part of it more often.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed twice in Germany and both times had the most amazing experience - met lovely people who were very welcoming and accommodating. I have only hosted 1 person (twice) so far, but would love to repeat such a great experience more often.

I have been hosting visiting family members very often this year and also have had some crazy work requests, which kept me in my pijamas (my boss lets me) in front of my computer screen sometimes for 20 days straight! So, from the second half of April I plan to be a lot more available for hosting people.

Interests

I am a full-time freelance translator, getting to grips with being out of the corporate world for a change (was a PA for 10 years). I love traveling and learning about other people's lives and thoughts.
