About Me
I'm doing my PhD... so is like having no life. Some people may relate...
I'm a chemical engineer. I had some interest on water treatment but is an impossible task in Mexico. I like science of course, specially biology and physics.
I identify myself as male (in these days one has to say it).
I like video games, but I got stuck in the past... my last console was a PS2 and I don't play often. When I do, is mostly emulators of old consoles.
Swimming is my favorite sport. I like long walks in natural landscapes (beaches, countrysides).
Overall I used to have more energy before my 30's... nowadays if I sleep after 23:00 I wake up tired...
I'd rather go camping than to a club... but I like pubs from time to time.
I have a pet turtle (not tortoise).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I enjoy travelling like everybody else... but I don't do it very often.
I used couchsurfing once in 2013, but a friend made the request for us, so I'm a newcomer.
Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I like music (like if someone disliked music). I once listened to "Despacito" with Justin Bieber and I thought it wasn't that bad... so you may get a picture of the wide range of music I listen to.
Movies & series: Star Wars (of course), Inception, Interstellar, Batman (Nolan trilogy), Lego Batman, Antman, La la land, HIMYM, Breaking Bad, Seindfeld, Black Mirror, Narcos, etc.
Books: 1Q84, Cien años de soledad, La hojarasca, The Stranger, Kafka on the shore, etc.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Sometimes I make pretty good memes. I learnt how to drive a motorbike with youtube...
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm learning things every single day (e.g., cooking).
I can teach Spanish, basic calculus, how to swim.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Normal stuff... boring (or interesting) science talks, experiences... a beer (or a lemonade for the people who don't drink). I don't smoke... so I can't share that.
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Spain
Countries I’ve Lived In
