Overview
About Me
Hi! I'm an Argentinian, living and working in Nice, France. I'm an easy-going person that loves music, animals and losing himself to dance. I'm concerned about social issues and I like to talk with people about "how this crazy world runs and why it's running like that".
I'm a French and Spanish teacher and I love learning languages and understanding language in general. The more different is a language from what I know, the more I enjoy discovering it! And that also applies for cultures and worldviews :)
I like people that are authentic, curious and open-minded (and I always try to be like this). So I don't like when someone does something just because "it's normal" or "it's correct". I prefer people that really listen and connect with others and that have more questions than answers.
I'm gay and I think this is something quite important about my personality. It was important in my life story, as it defined me in some ways and made me a proud, stronger and more free person today.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm living in Nice since August 2022. I enjoy meeting new people so I want to share nice moments with locals and foreigners. We can go grab a drink, visit interesting places, do a little trip, go to a club, etc.
I travel to discover more about the world and what people want to share with me and that's why I like having nice conversations with new people.
Besides, I've tried CS for the first time in December 2016 when visiting Strasbourg with a German friend. We stayed with a young couple which gave us a wonderful first experience! They were friendly and easy-going and they went out with us and told us unique stories about the city and the "Marché de Noël". Then I understood that staying in a hotel or anything like that wouldn't have given us that special opportunity.

Music, Movies, and Books
Basically I live because of music!
For me music (in general) is kind of a salvation :)
Besides that, I prefer pop music, films and series soundtracks, electronic music, folklore songs from Argentina... although it's not necessary for me to "understand" a song for liking it! (I like all type of weird music and in any possible language)... 'Cause music is something that you simply feel.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I would say standing almost below a stunning waterfall in the Iguazú National Park, in Argentina. I remember I just closed my eyes and raised my head to feel the water and I felt like I was connecting with nature in such a powerful way... Idk, it's hard to explain it!
Teach, Learn, Share
Whatever about language is something I enjoy talking about and sharing.
I also love learning and discovering new things in general... but I'm usually more interested in social and natural sciences and arts!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Most of all, a smile and some authenticity... because I think they're important.
Of course I can tell you all I know about Argentina! And we can dance to some folklore songs and some tangos if you like! Or even sharing a "mate" (typical drink) for breakfast or for tea time n.n
I also can tell you something about the places I've visited. My aim is to enlarge what I've seen about this world and that's also why I'm on CS!
I really enjoy talking and getting to know better people around me. I like searching for things, events or emotions that I have in common with others. Because I think we are essentially very similar. So, I think I can offer you an open and maybe relevant conversation, as I like it.
