Hello, I am Margherita from Bergamo, Italy! I am trying to explore the world outside, I would love to experience new cultures, traditions, stories and amazing new people.
I am half German (Saarland region) from my mum's side and therefore I can understand and speak German, but I still want to improve my skills and my abilities in this amazing language.
Unfortunately I can't host at my house. I can meet, guide, help whoever is coming to Bergamo, my town, and I will be happy to offer a nice walk around the Old Town and eat the best gelato !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Simply because I am curious for new friendships, new languages, new cultures, new experiences!
I plan to travel as soon as I can and be able to get around the whole wide world.
Right now ,since I can't leave this place, I want to meet up with travellers who pass by my town , listen to their stories and adventures and learn eveything they can teach me from their experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite artists are several...too many. Tame Impala, Keaton Henson, CSNY, Pink Floyd, Bob Dylan, Bob Marley and Led Zeppelin are my top faves. I love also reggae and dub music.

I am a reader of Jo Nesbo, Bill Bryson, Irvine Welsh, J.R.R. Tolkien, Jack Kerouac...and so many others.

Movies on my ''top ten'' list are definitly more than ten...to be honest, can't pick not even one, smh 🙈

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Had an amazing solo trip in Greece, in Serifos and Sifnos. Lost my heart there.
