Hi! My name is Maria, I am a young french woman. I've studied philosophy for 4 years in university. I lived almost all my life in France, and I always dreamed of traveling. I have the great luck to have been able to do it, and to do it again. I feel like a citizen of the world, like a part of the whole, , as in anything each parts contains the whole, and in the whole reside each part.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think couchsurfing is the best and cheapest way to travel. It gives the opportunity to find place to stay anywhere in the world and above all the opportunity to meet people. It brings the chance to live your trip from inside out! The couchsurfing community is the expression of a new vision of the world (or maybe a very old one), traveling differently has been made possible and accessible to anyone.
I am on couchsurfing because I think it's the most human and natural way of traveling around and sharing, and it brings the hope of a new consideration of human bondings.
