Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I love people but I also like being alone. I'm curious. I like visit new countries and meet new people, sharing experiences and emotions...and the food 😆 For me Cs is SHARING. As a guest like as a host. Sharing is the most important thing: shopping together, cooking, eating, offering a beer, helping in some way. It's not just a bed and a shower. I use CS mostly when I travel alone: my first solo trip between Spain and Portugal (it was 2017 - and I was so scared). 🙀 Then thanks to Cs I met wonderful people all over Russia. 🇷🇺 In Italy, however, I live in a relaxing place with a splendid view. ⛰️
Music, Movies, and Books
🎶 Classical and Rock music, Folk music, tradicional and Indie, Celtic music... and I'm very curious to hear the music you like, so I'll probably ask you about your favorite songs. I read because I can to live other lifes and fantastic adventures. 📖
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Bungee jumping, rafting, paragliding. I went kayaking and climbing with a host I had met for just an hour. I went to live in Moscow without knowing any words in Russian. I took part in the immortal march in Moscow. I ate a dinner in the dark. I did the trans-Siberian railway 🚞 alone for two months, without having organized the stops, and ended up in the Caucasus...touching all (almost) the eastern and southern borders with Russia. I felt the energy in the cathedral square in Santiago de Compostela, when arrive pilgrims. It was really exciting. ✨ I cycled 1600 km through Spain and France, without experience! Was super! ❤️ There have been wonderful people and unbearable people. I found some larvae in the blanket given to me by a host (first experience 😂) and I slept in a mattress on the floor while a little dog licked my feet. I decided to change my mind, leaving at the last minute with another CS, and I decided to stay longer than expected: the owner left me at her house while she went away a few days. On her return she had the freezer full of Italian food 😅
Teach, Learn, Share
I like people because I am sure that every person is unique and has great potential. I like to expand my experiences learning from other cultures, traditions and lifestyles; allowing me to see the world under all its aspects. My goal: Traveling, knowing, discovering, returning to contact with the world. 💞 I would like to have my eyes to shine thanks to the beauty of what I am experiencing. 🥹 I think reading the profiles of the person you might go to is important. For this reason when you write to me for a request to stay, insert the word "rainbow" or the emoticon 🌈 So I'll know you've read my profile.
What I Can Share With Hosts
I like cooking and I can do the shopping for you. I often travel on a low budget but I can also offer something. I follow my sixth sense a lot!
