Hey there! My name is Maria. I was born in New Jersey and then Moved to South Carolina with my family. I worked at a kids summer camp in Minnesota and then moved to Minneapolis for a year. I've done a little bit of schooling and published four books. I'm currently in Italy au pairing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have always wanted to travel. Going to the UK has been my dream for a while. I don't make a lot of money au pairing, so my friend and I would like to save a little bit of money couchsurfing. And to meet people!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music. I listen to music constantly. I like all different kinds. I'm obsessed with movies! I can't even begin to say which ones are my favorite! But definitely romantic comedies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well....when I was 12, my family took a cross country trip from New Jersey to California. We stopped at lots of cool places along the way. Ask me about it!
