I'm Maria! I am from Greece and I live here since I was born! I am a quiet, easygoing person who loves and enjoy small things in life, feels the joy of every moment and of every situation, feels blessed and enthusiasm meeting, talking and spending time with family, friends and every other person -familiar or not- because I think that we are all different but we all have many things in common and when it comes and we meet each other we have really beautiful and interesting things to share, great conversation to make, we can have a lot of fun and really communicate! Small things are happiness to me!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In the beginning I just thought that couchsurfing is a cheap way to find somewhere to sleep over when you are abroad! But when we started using the site from a friend's account because we wanted to travel together in Europe we discovered a whole new world with uncountable great, interesting people who wants not only to give you a part of their houses for a while to live in, but also they give you the opportunity and make you the honour to be a part of their lives! You get to know them and spend time with them! You are able to live some days or spend some hours with a person -kind of relative, kind of a friend- you didn't know you got until the moment you met him/her! It's a great way to travel, it's a great way to live, it is a great way of lifestyle! It had changed me in the way I see people! After my experience I have more hope and more faith that we have to trust each other and that most of us deserve that trust and won't betray it! :)

Interests

Be authentic, be calm, spend time with people I care for, spend time alone! Hmmmm, except of these I am interested in almost everything!!!! :D
