CURRENT MISSION

I'm currently backpacking through south east asia for about 3-4 months.

ABOUT ME

I'm 24 years old, easy-going and calm guy who loves to travel, adventure and a variety of sports. I recently graduated and am on a working/holiday trip. Its my first solo backpacking trip and its been awesome so far! I am excited to get to know new people and learn about the different cultures in Asia. I've lived in the States, Australia, Brazil and Netherlands and soaked up these cultures but Asia is completely new territory for me!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I'm pretty much just participating through surfing, since unfortunately my shared student flat didn't allow much space for visitors.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Most of my couchsurfing experiences actually happened "by accident". Through the website I have organized only very few couchsurfing trips so far.

Interests

I love adventure and to do a lot of different sports. I've played team handball since child age and currently focus on calistehnics and boardsports such as surfing,longboarding and snowboarding. Also I enjoy learning different languages and making new friends from all over the world. But most importantly GOOD VIBES!

Music, Movies, and Books

For the most part I like reggae music, Hip-Hop, R'n'B, house and much more really, depending on the situation and mood! My favorite movies are (classic) mafia/gangster movies such as Narcos, Donnie Brasco, Blow and so on... and of course good comedies or stand up comedians.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spending one year with an unknown family (that became my 2nd family) when I was 16 --> changed my life
Other than that for example Jet-Skiing, Skidoo and Dirt-Bike riding within one week; Skydiving@Abel Tasman NP New Zealand; Prawn Fishing in Australia; Surfing with Dolphins

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you about bodyweight exercises and different boardsports. Also I have some experience with remodeling apartments so if you need any help let me know!
