About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Enjoy life!

ABOUT ME

I live with my boyfriend Steffen and our daughter Synne (born april 2011). I absolutely love to travel and explore, meet new people and learn about different places and cultures - an interest I share with Steffen. I enjoy a nice movie, music, good food, most kinds of beer and red wine - preferably in company with interesting people.

PHILOSOPHY

Live now.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd love to have people staying with us, show them around, serve food and get to know new friends. I think most visitors will experience us as rather entusiastic :) Our kid is pretty easy going as well, and if needed, we have babysitters nearby.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've allready had some nice CS-experiences, and I would very much like to meet more people this way. It's been a while since our last surfingexperience (summer 2011) and we've been a bit busy becoming parents and moving into a new house. But now we're ready for interesting visitors.

Music, Movies, and Books

It all depends on the mood. One minute I'll cry over a lovestory, the next I'd prefer exciting action or crime-series.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We hired and ran a bar in Cambodia for one season in 2005.
Another highlight: The active vulcano Bromo in Java, Indonesia. Incredible view! (and COLD nights)

Teach, Learn, Share

Norway has a lot of different dialects. In some rural places, I can hardly understand what they are saying. As a consequence of all the dialects, we have two different official languages (allthough these are more similar to eachother than the most extreme dialects).
