I have the time and a great location to share. It is also midway stop between San Francisco and South Lake Tahoe near highway 50, The Lincoln Highway.
Sharing music, wine and poetry in the Mother Lode of the Sierra foothills of El Dorado County. East of here: Placerville & Fair Play appellation wineries are 25-35 miles away. South of here: Shenandoah appellation of Amador County is 40 miles away . Northwest from here: Placer County wine appellation is 40 miles away.
South Lake Tahoe is 1 hour and 40 minutes or 75 miles away. San Francisco is 2 1/ 2 hours or 120 miles.
Gold panning where gold was discovered in Coloma, California is located Northeast and about 22 miles away.
