Travelling is my very favorite thing in the entire world. As soon as I return from one trip I start to plan the next. I really love to try and experience the country I'm visiting from a local perspective. I don't want to go to the restaurants and bars where the tourists go, I want to go where the residents go. I'm a huge animal lover. My trip to South Africa in 2014 was life changing for me. I became incredibly moved by the plight of Africa's wildlife, especially the rhinoceros. So I came home and started the Try Anything Rhino Project to do whatever I can do, from my little corner of the world, to try and save them!

To meet interesting locals who like to interact with visitors like me who are fascinated by their country! I want to learn about the cool things to see and do from a local perspective! And once we get a guest bedroom set up in our house, I'd like to host visitors, especially international visitors!

I like going out to eat with friends. I'm spiritual but not dogmatic. I love interesting conversations. I go to music festivals every summer, and see numerous concerts every year.
